Essential Guide: Portfolio Management SEP 2021

  • Registration Closed

Portfolio Management is a discipline focused on the long-term view of a company’s real estate assets. The idea is to start with a holistic view of the company at a macro level to maximize the productivity of its space instead of looking at each lease or purchase separately based upon local demands. This seminar introduces established concepts and principles, processes followed by professionals in the field, and the challenges inherent in "future-proofing" a company’s real estate holdings. While the ideal may be difficult to reach, a more effective and efficient portfolio can be attained each time the process is implemented. This seminar is directly related to the content found in Chapter 3 of The Essential Guide to Corporate Real Estate, published by CoreNet Global.
