Workplace Strategy In Practice February 6 -13, 2024 (Virtual)

In this final workplace strategy seminar, participants will bring documentation and details about an actual workplace strategy project to be analyzed and further developed during team exercises. This unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced workplace strategists on actual projects allows participants to receive immediate feedback as they further hone their workplace strategy skills. By focusing on identifying implementation challenges and assessing potential solutions, this experience will increase the participants confidence and ability to apply workplace strategies to real-world scenarios.
