This course introduces corporate real estate finance principles such as risk, return, cost of capital, net present value, and discount rate selection. Learn the basics to perform financial analyses to identify the optimal decisions, identify inherent risk and recognize shortcomings. Designed for participants with little to no finance background, faculty will walk you through exercises using Excel.
