Co-Creating Strategies to Boost Equity in the Workplace (Recording)

Much of the literature on workplace equity underscores its significance for business success, rather than the impact it can have on employee experience. As the workplace continues to evolve, organizations are discovering ways to better support individuals in bringing their authentic selves to work and performing at their best. This session offers an interactive round table experience aimed at providing attendees with a unique toolkit to enhance workplace equity in a collaborative setting. Join practitioners with expertise in equity, research, and workplace design to explore a human-centered definition of equity in the workplace; discover the outcomes, enablers, and barriers of workplace equity from current research; and demonstrate through facilitated conversations how research insights into boosting equity can be translated into workplace solutions. Attendees will participate to arrive at a range of perspectives, ideas, and solutions for their organizations, or on behalf of their customers’ organizations, that may include physical space, workflow processes, technological resources, and organizational culture.
