This seminar provides both CRE professionals and non-CRE professionals with an in-depth review of CRE’s role in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. The seminar contemplates CRE across six (6) components of the M&A/D life-cycle, including: The Deal Model, Pre-signing Launch, Pre-signing Transition Planning, Sign-to-Close Execution, Post-Close Transformation and Closing.
