Margot has been furthering the D&I agenda for more than 20 years inside and outside work, she is a member of various boards and NGO’s and a renowned thought leader speaking at events around the world. Margot’s longstanding commitment to D&I has earned her numerous accolades. Most recently, she was appointed global ambassador of All Ireland Business Forum for her contribution to promoting and developing D&I standards in the workplace and society.
