    Bio: Colette serves as Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Division at SMS Assist, a Lessen Company . Her previous experience included roles as the SVP, Chief Administrative Officer at Apollo Education Group, and Global Head of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for Cushman & Wakefield. She has also held real estate executive roles at Oracle and Boeing. She is a speaker and author on corporate real estate, facilities management, ESG, and PropTech.
