Gen Z in the Workforce: Understanding the Importance of Organizational Values (MAY 2021 Recording)

Recorded On: 05/19/2021

Gen Z is the most diverse generation in the history of the United States.  As such, they place a high value on organizations that uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion.  In this talk, Dr. Josh Packard reveals the results of Springtide Research Institute’s nearly 15,000 surveys and over 150 interviews with young people in order to show exactly what organizational values are critical to attracting and retaining the best talent.  In a distinct shift from previous generations, this research confirms that organizational values such as diversity, inclusion, accountability, and welcoming, among others, are not simply “value-adds”, but are instead “must-haves” for Gen Z.
