Uncomfortable and difficult conversations about racism are taking place in businesses and organizations worldwide. While these discussions can provoke discomfort and can be difficult to navigate, they are essential - and beneficial. Join Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler and CoreNet Global members for a candid discussion that may help you initiate a few conversations of your own. Self-reflection and learning will strengthen your capacity to clearly recognize, take responsibility for, and reject prejudices in the workplace.
