HRC's Corporate Equality Index tracks the growing commitment of our nation's largest employers to LGBTQ inclusion over the last 20 years and makes clear that today's leading companies value diversity and inclusion as a business imperative necessary for talent recruitment and retention. In this session, we'll level set our knowledge about the LGBTQ community including terms and terminology. We discuss the importance of building inclusive workplaces, how that is defined and what it takes to get it right.
