Research shows that a focus on DEI can offer many advantages, ranging from improved employee experiences to better talent attraction and retention, and that 76% of job seekers value diverse companies when evaluating companies and job offers. Shell aims to become one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world and their real estate team is embracing the challenge by creating spaces that empower experiences. Along with their partner, JLL, Shell performed data collection, guided visits, diverse staff focus groups & photographic recordings to evaluate sites based on a set of criteria across 7 inclusion topics.
