This introductory course provides an overview of the skills, methodology, and tools corporate real estate professionals use to enhance the value and manage risk inherent in any large-scale portfolio. The seminar is based on a sound financial management approach using well-established corporate finance principles. It is intended to help you understand how a portfolio of corporate real estate assets can be effectively managed.
