Introduction to Portfolio Management MAY 2026

Includes Multiple Live Events. The next is on 05/11/2026 at 10:00 PM (EDT)

Real estate is often the second largest item on the balance sheet. While many companies manage individual real estate cost items, few effectively manage the overall portfolio. This introductory course provides an overview of the skills, methodology, and tools corporate real estate professionals use to enhance the value and manage risk inherent in any large-scale portfolio. The seminar is based on a sound financial management approach using well-established corporate finance principles. It is intended to help you understand how a portfolio of corporate real estate assets can be effectively managed.
