Best practices in determining which functions might be outsourced, selecting partners, enabling transitions, and managing ongoing relationships will be shared. Various models, approaches, strategies, compensation structures, and metrics will be discussed, and individual and small group activities will deepen the participants’ understanding of service delivery and outsourcing.
