Bert Brown, Panelist Bert Brown III is a Managing Director – Investor Relations within the Capital Markets Group. He is responsible for ensuring investors are properly onboarded and acts as a primarily contact throughout their relationship with the firm. He is also responsible for facilitating proactive knowledge sharing across the firm to capture real-time feedback on all key investor interactions. Since joining the firm in 2006, Bert spent the first 12 years in the Human Resources department serving as Vice President – Compensation & Benefits prior to joining Capital Markets in 2018. |
Crystal Castille, Panelist SVP of Talent and Chief Diversity Officer Hines Crystal leads the firm’s talent and DEI strategy to ensure Hines continues to attract, train, and retain diverse individuals, creates high-quality talent outcomes and achieves more equitable diversity representation across the company’s employee base. She is a strategic HR business partner responsible for overseeing the firm’s vision for Talent Management, Talent Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. |
Steve Luthman, Panelist CEO, U.S. Midwest & Southeast Regions and Canada and Co-Executive Sponsor of Black Employee Advancement Network (BEAN) Hines Steve leads strategy, new business, and platform growth across the U.S. Midwest and Southeast regions and Canada. He is focused on investing in new product line expansion to further distinguish Hines’ mixed-use offering and leading the continued convergence of product types while advancing Hines ESG principles. |
Nekesha Sawh, Moderator Senior Program Manager, East Project JPMC Hines As Senior Portfolio Programs Manager, Nekesha focuses on increasing operational efficiencies for a portfolio of properties within the NYC; DC, Chicago, and TX markets of owned and leased commercial corporate real estate. Her role is to develop and manage Environmental Health & Safety, and Sustainability operational programming to meet Hines ESG goals. In her role, she creates standardized procedures within each program to support Hines’ facilities management and engineering site service delivery teams. |
