Workplace Design for the Neurodiverse Helps Everyone JULY 2023 (Recording)

Conversations about neurodiversity—whether at home, school or in the workplace—are growing. We’re beginning to understand more about the human brain, destigmatize neurological differences and embrace the fact that sensory and mental health are just as critical as physical health. Join Bryan Berthold, global lead of Cushman & Wakefield’s Total Workplace practice, who will facilitate a panel discussion with team members Sophie Schuler, Kelly Mann, and Elizabeth Beck as they shed light on cognitive diversity and the many ways it influences how we experience physical spaces. The panel will share their experiences designing accessible, sensory-friendly environments and fostering a company culture that embraces the true meaning of DEI by creating workplaces that contribute to everyone’s neurological health.
