This course builds on employee experience foundations to reflect the evolving role of Corporate Real Estate and workplace leaders. The course explores how people experience work across office, remote, and hybrid environments—and how decisions around space, technology, and culture come together in practice. Delivered through a blended format of self-paced eLearning and an interactive Learning Lab, participants move beyond theory to apply ideas to real scenarios, learn from peers, and develop practical approaches they can use immediately. Learners leave with clear insights and a focused 90-day action plan tied to their own workplace or portfolio.
