Bias vs Inclusion (AUG 2021 Recording)

Recorded On: 08/11/2021

We know from research and science that leaders have the ability to solve for bias but they are still failing at creating inclusive cultures. Why is this? Simply put, bias is what happens in our brains while feelings of inclusion or exclusion are what happens in other people’s brains. Spending time on diversity training may not be the solution to creating a more inclusive culture. Come join Regan Donoghue, Workforce Strategist, this session that helps to separate the two and work towards achieving both goals: mitigating unconscious bias and promoting inclusive cultures.
