Essential Guide: Enterprise Leadership (Recording April 22, 2024)

An enterprise leadership approach puts the success of the enterprise first and foremost above all considerations. An enterprise perspective, as opposed to a business unit perspective, develops and leverages efficiencies to deliver benefits that no single entity of the business would be capable of capturing on its own. From a corporate real estate management perspective, enterprise leadership also means not viewing real estate as an end unto itself, but rather as an enabler to success of the corporation. This course focuses on the perspective of senior corporate real estate executives and how they think and act more like business executives.
