2020 challenged us with the convergence of a global pandemic, renewed recognition of racial injustice and anti-racist activism across the United States, and a deeply divided political landscape. In understanding where we are today, it is critical that we also examine the historical systems and structures that paved the way. While dismantling racism across our systems and institutions may seem daunting, we can all play a unique and critical role in addressing these inequities. Join Dr. Dwinita “Nita” Mosby Tyler, Chief Catalyst at The Equity Project, for a timely discussion of the advancement of equity through leadership, advocacy, and education.
